50+ Open Gym

Open Gym for 50 and up will resume on Monday, June 28th at a new time - from 6 pm to 8 pm. Come out and join the fun!

GYM time for Families:

We have been requested to return GYM time (Open gym for families and youth) on Mondays and Fridays beginning in September. In order to provide this time for our youth and families, we need two volunteers for each night for two hours. If interested, please contact Brian.

Homecoming News:

The Homecoming Committee is looking for pictures, articles, and information regarding the fire of 7/30/76. If you have any information or articles to share, please contact Pastor Fox, Susan Broadwell or James Fuller. We promise to take good care of these items and return them promptly after use.

Christian Growth Group Opportunities:

Misistry of Care - visit with shut-ins on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month. (Contact Susan Horton or Sandra Dutton)

Children's Volunteers Needed!!

The Children's Department is still in need of a few volunteers for the 2010 / 2011 church year. We Need:

8:45 Children's Church (3 adults)
Toddler Sunday School Teacher (1 adult)
Two Yr Old Sunday School Teacher (1 adult)
11:00 Children's Church (1 adult & 4 youth)

Wednesday Night Supper - Help Needed!!

We are in need of COOKS AND CLEAN-UP HELP for the 2^ND and 4^TH Wednesday Night Teams. We have a few already on each of these teams but they cannot cook for 125-175 people each week by themselves, they need your help!! Please contact Laurie Pope for additional information.

Fall Family Retreat:

We are looking for volunteers to help plan a Fall Retreat for ALL families in the upcoming months. This weekend will include a time for families to connect spiritually, as well as provide opportunities for families to have fun together. If you are interested in helping to plan this exciting event, please contact Becky at bblack@bbckdl.org to learn how you can help!

Mission Day Retreat:

It’s time for Bethlehem’s fall church wide Mission Retreat Weekend! Yes, we are doing things a little different this fall. It is scheduled for all day Friday and half day Saturday, October 1st & 2nd. This will be an overnight event for our youth, grades 6-12 and we will need adults to help. (It is a Friday, but we know God will provide us with the volunteers needed to make this an awesome event!)

This is a wonderful opportunity to serve others in our church family, as well as those in our community, who need help. This mission is for all ages. We will have projects available for everyone. What a great way to serve God and to spend a day working side by side with fellow Christians.

Look for more information coming in the next couple of weeks in your Sunday School class and on the website. There will be many opportunities to volunteer other than working outside.
