Reservation of facility does NOT include sound tech, musician(s), soloist, wedding coordinator, attendants, etc. These are secured separately.
All facilities and resources used must be return to original conditions unless otherwise directed by the Facilities Minister.
Any problems, damages or items not in propper working order should be reported to the Facilities Minister.
